Poor service!!
My car was in an accedent on the 17th of may 2023. Today is the 31st of may 2023. After trying to get a straight awnser for the status of my car. Nobody can give me a awnser. The repair was aproved for repair on the 23rd. Its still stiooed down and waiting for yet another assesment for aditional parts not accounted for. That was only loaded the 30th of may 2023. At 13h44. Nobody wants to help or escilate the matter to sebior management. Yet my car is not near being complete. They also estimate my car being complete the 30th of june 2023...realy

01 Jun 2023, 10:02Good day. In all fairness system channges should not effect customer service. Systems are people driven. Meaning that somebody did not do their part in regards to a seemless change over without effecting customer service. And if there was system issues this should habe been comunicated to the effected customers. If the estimate of the repair stays true to the 30th of June 2023. This would be a 7 week process. From the date the claim was reported. Also do bare in mind that i only have a rental car for 30 days. Meaning i would have to fork out aditiinal cost out of my pocket for the aditional 2.5 weeks of car rental... 7 weeks. Please remember the 7 weeks accourding to the estimate and system delays. From discovery side... becouse Discovery apointed its own partners. NETASSES AND PROLINE AUTO BODY
