Poor service Discovery Insure

I am very disappointed with the poor service from one of the assessors Nohlanhla Sinthumule, she is the allocated assessor on my claim and has been ignoring our calls and emails since 07 March to date. When ever we call to her direct line there is no answer and no feedback on the status of the claim. She ignores emails. We have submitted all documents and have been waiting to here from her since 07 March to date.
