Poor service delivery from consultants

Discovery is rated as number one insurance company in south Africa. But due to the level of service I received I am very disappointed. I have attempted to do quotations for vehicle insurance policies more than 4x. Every time I try the consultants promise to call back before they can tell me what the premium is, but never call back. They always tell me that they will be speaking to their managers to see how much discount they can offer without even telling me how much the premium is. Besides they should tell me the premium then I decide if I can afford or not.

I am very disappointed with this poor service delivery from your consultants.
