Poor Service Delivery

I submitted a claim on 1 December 2015 and to date have not had a simple claim dealt with.<br> <br> Between Discovery and Cerilog a simple claim has not been dealt with and the level of service is completely unacceptable.<br> <br> I have been promised call backs, had to leave work to wait for service providers and no one has arrived. This has occurred 3 times. <br> <br> The service has been utterly useless and I have lost complete faith in Discovery's ability as an Insurer.
