Poor Service delivery

I had an accident with a discovery isured vehicle and we did all the procedure including police reports e.t.c the discovery client achkowledged that he was wrong because didnt stop at a stop sign, and he also even acknoledge this to discovery, here comes the claim process....we get little or no feedback from the advisor, inspite of the other guy acknowledging his mistake, they still don't want to pay for all repairs....i registred the complaints with their complaints department still no feedback. I actually feel bad for their client, he sends numerous email which are ignored, he contacts mee daily checking if they have responded but still no word from discovery.

I'm not sure if this is being done because its a third party claim but whatever reason it is, i never expected this from such a big company!
