Poor service delivery
I did not specify my bicycle on my insurance policy. When I wanted to claim for it after it was ****** they informed me that I can not claim for it . When I took out the policy never did they ask me for any bicycle that has to be covered so I was under the impression it was covered under household content . My bikes value is 8500 rand and there is no reason why I would not specify it . This is realy outrageous. Ref ********** 148083 Person spoke to Charge
