Poor service by Discovery insure

I been their client for many years. I had hail storm on the 13th of November all my claims are pending. Their call center is always on hold. They do not respond to my emails or calls. Their service providers are not professional. They gave me money for small claims which is insuffient to pay for purchase of goods and labor.
