Poor service by Discovery Insure

No response from numerous representatives regarding request for approval of additional damages to my vehicle discovered on the last scheduled day of repair by Panelbeaters. I’ve been calling and calling a following up for days with no progress even from Head of Vehicle Repair Managemtn whom I’ve personally emailed. I’m at loss at what to do next to get my matter resolved and appalled at the customer service I’ve received since this kughtmarr started. Empty promises, lots of this one blaming that one and Discovery Insure not taking accountability at all. Only staff willing to help is poor claims call center staff but they can’t do much but to escalate which they’ve done to no avail. Shame on you Discovery Insure. I want my car fixed and I want it back!
