Poor service
I've been using this insurance up until I had a claim and that is when I have learned their true colors. Since I have an accident on the 17 April 2019 but till today my car has not been properly fixed and I'm paying a full premium every month to this insurance. The second assessment was conducted and it came out that the vehicle has to be properly fixed but till today I'm still battling with the level of incompetence.
