Poor service at its best

First of all please teach your stuff their work they can't handle claims, you call following up on your claim you will be placed on hold until the call cuts off, I have called so many times my calls were cut off and no one will come and explain yet you're paying an expensive premium, my car has been with the repairer of your choice for good 5 months for a mere cv joint, the repairer has the new cv joint broken how I don't know, now I'm told to wait for your assessing team to assess the car again, it's going to be another 5 months really? For a cv joint

Please give me my premiums back so I can get it fixed elsewhere, I can't pay so much and not get a service I'm paying for, after this claim I'm definitely leaving for an insurance that cares for its customers
