Poor Service and Unrealistic Increase

I requested 2 months ago why I have 2 phones and 2 laptops on my insurance. NO FEEDBACK! I please want the refund on the months for the additional laptop and phone on my insurance and the additional items REMOVED from my insurance. My debit order has gone from 2141 to 2700.

Why is my car insurance so expensive? For a KIA 2013? Friends drive BMWs and Mercedes same age as me also single and they pay R600 a month for their cars. How can you increase my premium with 30% claiming I'm HIGH RISK? Sometimes bad sh ! t happen to people more than once. I HAD TWO CLAIMS within a few months in 2023. Its been MORE THAN A YEAR and I have not claimed. How do you put me as HIGH RISK a year LATER.

I leave enough money for my debit orders in my debit order account. Now there were 2 strikes on my account, unsuccessful, and I'm not covered PLUS on the unsuccessful d/o my bank takes a fee off my account.
