Poor Service and non existent communication!!!!!

I submitted my third party claim on the 4th of April 2025, to this day there has not been a single update from discovery. I constantly have to call and i am being given pathetic excuses. The gentleman (Eli Munnell) handling my case does not respond to emails and is constantly not at work, on days when he is on duty i am told to follow up on the next day. This is the worst service by far!!!! i am livid at how Discovery treats its non paying clients. This treatment is uncalled for and inexcusable.
