Poor service and hopeless call center

I have an existing policy with discovery for vehicle. I have been phoning discovery at my expense since last week and all the agents just dont seem interested.

3 different agents said they would call back and never did

Eventually yesterday after multiple calls i got a quote with some lady but the quote made zero sense .

I had the same car in january this year and was paying R1500 Insurance .She quoted me 4500 a month.When i raised a complaint she brushed me off by saying she will call me back and never did .

is this a discovery police ? To just ignore and treat clients like they are a bother ?
