Poor service and feedback.
Reference *** AphaneM took time to load my claim that I reported on the 27th.
On the 1st I had to call in to give her all documents and proof of break in.
On the 2nd I called Mzwakhe eventually loaded my claim.
On the 3rd I gave them a break to see what will happen.
Today I am.calling and Iam told they can not get hold an assessor called Vincent Manaka.
I have my medical aid with you. My Retirement annuity with you. My investments with you. How am I going to RIP knowing that you do not take claims seriously.
Meaning my family will not get their benefits on time if I die with my investments with you.

04 Mar 2021, 14:34Than you for your prompt response. If no action by close of business today, I am moving my business. It is not safe to be played when still alive, clearly shows that when I die, my family will not get why is due to them
