Poor service and false expectations

Second day while we are promised lies and we are failed by the insurance for service. Yesterday we were transferred for one agent to another and last agent promised that the vehicle will be towed yesterday Monday . Today Tuesday we were contacted and still promised that the vehicle will be towed and nothing happened. What type of service is the the insurance providing. The advert of Discovery is false expectations to the consumer they say the have accident alert , Sunday i was involved in an accident and had to look everywhere to get my phone and call for help. How would I expect to get a good service from the agent while the product doesn't serve the purpose.
