Poor service and communication

So disappointed with discovery insure, my car has been with renew-it for 2 months and a half now, no one is able to give a turn around time. the seems to be no resolution as to whether the car is fixable or not , there's been a lot of back and forth. I've sent numerous emails to discovery insure for a feedback and a follow up , still nothing till this day.
