Poor service and communcation

Richard Ndlovu has been no help with my claim. He is suppose to be my claim handler as has not been responding so my emails. I submitted a claim in the 16th of January. Today is the 10th of February and I am still waiting for my payment.

The communication from Discovery is so poor that if you don’t phone to follow up your claim will just be forgotten.
