poor service again

seriously had it with Discovery<br> I've been having problems and **** to since I lodged a claim and also struggling to get feedback on my claim, every time I call in they send from pillar to post<br> Your consultant Nompumelo is dealing with my claim and thought that she could help me but I keep going back and forth. I tried to call center agent to help that are as *********** as ever its shocking no one knows what they actually doing at Discovery motor dept., Then yesterday I received a call from your assessor saying he could not locate my vehicle I must confirm where vehicle is standing I was so surprised because you towed the vehicle .<br> I'm highly annoyed by this service and utterly disgusted You debited me with no problems but I have to deal with your lazy and *********** staff that cannot do their jobs correctly I suggest you employ staff that knows what they doing. it seems that my query continue unresolved and neglected until this day.ITS SO SAD TO HAVE AN INSURANCE WHICH I PROMOTED TO MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES TO LET ME DOWN IN THIS MANNER.ANYWAY I DON'T REGRET CANCELLING MY POLICY
