Poor service

Hi Discovery Insure. The service from your call center agents are extremely poor. Spoke to an agent yesterday. We made arrangement that he would phone me at 08h00 this morning. Nothing. An emailed quote, nothing. I phoned the same call center and spoke to a so called manager. At least i received a quote.
