Poor service

I called in on Friday, 22 April asking for my banking details to be amended and I have asked for the banking details for me to be able to make the payment, they have never done I have been calling speaking to different agents no one has assisted till today, I even required to speak to their seniors I was told they are busy to attend me, the most pathetic experience I had encountered in a very long time from their staff members
