Poor service

My recently contacted discovery so she can insure her with them, all process done, upon installing the discovery device she was told her cellphone is not compitable with the discovery app thus her policy cannot be activated.

No follow up from discovery, policies and contract were not sent nor emailed to her. At this she doesn't know if she has cover or not.
