Poor service

Discovery is the nonsense of car insurance, I reported my incident on the 23 of December and I was told to wait for January. In January they did even called me back, I phoned them and I was told that they won’t be paying for my car damages because according to their assessment which was done via pictures which is unfair, to fix my car would be equivalent to to my access. I took my car to their recommended panel beaters to get a proper quote. The panel beaters quoted me 21K, sent the quotes to discovery insure and they said they won’t fix it because in these quotes I am being overcharged and according to their assessment it is still within my access amount I ended fixing my car by myself and I cancelled the insurance with them
