Poor Service

Just called Discovery to try and review the pricing on my plan. Spoke to a lady with the name of Nosipho which was not even willing to try assist to review my plan. I have been a customer of Discovery for a few years and been claim free and all they do is show me the middle finger. Just telling me that she wont be able to do any better without even making an effort to go through the plan.

Will get another call from me soon to cancel my insurance!
