Poor service
For the past month now I’ve been trying to get positive feedback from discovery insure on my damaged Golf 7 GTI. One would think a simple call would get you updated but not in their case. I’ve called the call center countless times. I get dropped, I get agents pick up and have me on hold while they have a chat to their buddy’s in the call center,I’ve had team leaders promise to call me back. I’ve had it with discovery insurance. They are very unprofessional and drags Claims on forever. This is my final attempt to get someone from that organisation to call me back with positive feedback or I’ll have no choice but to take this matter to the insurance ombudsman.

03 Mar 2022, 05:32It seems your slicks media team are also lacking basic customer service skills. I was promised to have feedback yesterday but no surprising noting happened. How you guys are still in business beats me. I need my claim resolved urgently, life without a car is very inconvenient and paying for something I don’t have is even more annoying. I can assure you if I take this matter to the insurance ombudsman, I will not only claim all my premiums but I will also move all other existing policies over to Outsurance. It clear to me that you guys are making too much money and you don’t need my support.
