Poor Service

I was hijacked on the 26th May 2023 and while I was trying to escape I crushed my vehicle and I did the whole process so I can log a claim which I did. I contacted Discovery Insurance to assist repair my vehicle. They made me wait for 2 months 2 weeks and till this day my car is still not fixed, reason being they want to fix my car with second hand parts, they don't want to buy new parts because they want to save even though they increase their premiums every now and then. It is ok for them to gain more money from you but they don't want to payout when it's their turn. #Discoveryinsurance is a **** up insurance. I have been calling wanting to book my car in for repairs but they don't want to because they're waiting for second hand parts for my car. Y'all do me a favour, check the schedule after claiming on how your car will be fixed. #discoveryinsurance is a money sucking ****mers acting legit. I trusted them and stayed with them for almost 3 years now.
