Poor service

I was bumped in January by B Mkoka who works for SANDVIK mining on January 12 2023, he said he will fix my car by the 25th of Jan. That time came and he didn’t fix and was giving the run around. In Feb he said I must claim from his insurance which is Discovery insure. I submitted all the claim documents in March. I keep calling for feedback they keep saying Mathapelo Bokaba will call and she never calls and I sent her an email which she never responded to.
