Poor Service

<p>I have being having issues with my Discovery Insure driving points for the past 5 months . I have being in contact with the call centre numerous times but the issue is never sorted out.</p> <p> </p> <p>I put up a complient last month on Hellopeter and was conctacted by Thabani Mtshali( Excutive Relations Manager) who assured me that this matter would be resolved. I was asked to wait for a month and see if my points were updated but still no luck. </p> <p> </p> <p>I then contacted him via email and he said that they will resort to another option to try and fix this issue. He said I would have feedback by the end of the day which was November 14 2016. It has being a week since then and no contact from him has being made. </p> <p> </p> <p>Starting to believe that nothing is being done about this!!!!!</p>
