Poor service

I claimed for a motor bike accident on the 24th Jan. My bike damage was dealt with promptly and professionally by Matshepo Mohlala however my gear which included leather jacket, leather pants, helmet and boots was poorly dealt with by Lelethu Jonga.<br> <br> When I spoke to the sales agent putting the policy together I was advised any items under R5000 did not need to be specified. Therefore I did not specify my boots and leather pants.<br> <br> I tried a number of times to get through to Lelethu to try and explain I was incorrectly advised. Eventually getting through, she said she would listen to the calls and get back to me. That was a month ago, I've been trying to get an update and she has avoided all contact and claimed ignorance on the advice I received.<br> <br> I've sent emails, left messages, left messages for the manager, which have not been returned. I have now given up and signed the agreement of loss just so I can get something back. I am now out of pocket by tens of thousands. Also, due to the exchange rate, my specified amounts are now less than the replacement value. Discovery only pay the replacement or the amount specified whichever is LESS!
