Poor service
Being insured with discovery and having to claim when you have an incident is a very painful process to get the claim approve. You will speak to 4 to 5 consultant with none of them helping. The consultant that you case has been assigned to, in my case Mahlomola Sekgotlaboraga won't even contact you. I have lost my personal phone and now I am seating without a phone, missing personal calls.

30 Mar 2021, 16:46I am highly disappointed with your service, to make the matter worse you consultant send me an email stating that they are trying to call me and I did not receive even a single call on the number alternative number that I provided on my claim.
