poor service
Whilst I understand they discovery insure outsourced my geyser replacement 2 years ago to 24fix. The onus still lies with discovery to sort out my geyser...
I noticed my geyser is not holding temperature and have for the last month been requesting discovery to attend to the problem with absolutely no success.. today I get told that I’m welcome to submit a new claim and pay the excess for this geyser to be sorted out...
This is not acceptable... I’ve always had awesome service from discovery now this really sorry to say but this is poor service to say the least
When I ask to speak to the manager because the team leader is not available I get told no I have to speak to the team leader first... surely you speak to next in charge???? Maybe I am wrong

1. The company that replaced the geyser was handymen and not plumbers, it took the whole day to install the geyser.
2. The geyser piping is constantly leaking
3. The geyser looses 9degrees in 39 minutes.
I have 2 geysers on the roof in exactly the same place, last night at 07h00 the one geyser was @ 60 degrees it was not used st all, this morning at 06h00 it was at 47degrees, I believe this is acceptable. The geyser discovery's handymen installed at 05h00 this morning was at 60 degrees and at 06h00 was at 44 degrees Celsius this is not right... do now it looks like I will have to get a plumber out to sort out the geyser and install it correctly
