Poor Service

I wanna lay a complaint against Discovery Car Insurance. I insured my Suzuku with them but unfortunately they didn't deduct last month end in my bank account and I wrote them alerting them but they didn't respond to my email. So they called and informed me that my cover has lapsed and it will be re-instated on 31 August 2026. How come because it's not my fault that they didint deduct and funds were available in my bank account. How do they expect me to drive an uninsured car. They are denting the image of the company. I need a solution as soon as possible
