Poor service

To whom it may concern.

In 2015 I took up an insurance policy for my motor vehicle which was promised to reduce due to the reduction in the value of my motor vehicle. In addition you were going to send a technician to install a device to monitor my driving and allow me to claim back rewards for good driving. Back then the way policies were structured with discovery, I had to book a time for the technician to come to me to install it. This was at a charge of R59 per month. No technician has ever arrived to install. And you have been deducting R59 every month since 1/06/2015. As this was never installed, no service has been provided and therefore I dont feel it is fair to have to pay the R59 per month. I have requested via email and telephonically to deactive this premium. Yet two months after the request it was once again debuted out of my account. As you can imagine over the period of time R2419 has been spend by me for no benefit. I believe you should refund me this money, as you have unjustifiably gained by not providing this service to me.

I have sent emails to your complaints departments where NO feedback is provided. I have called the call centre a number of times only to be told " the best you can to is deactivate it" it clearly is not the best because it still has not been deactivated and I am still paying for this service that I have yet to recieve.
