Poor Service

Poor Service delivery and fobbing you off. No one gets back to you as promised. The individual from discovery cannot bother to call but let's the body shop call. Does not let you know that certain items on vehicle will not be repaired. Installs grey parts instead of manufacturer parts. Will be reviewing my insurance. Excesses only dealt with 20 odd days after incident. Reports issued but never escalated to be resolved. Discovery personnel appear to believe they can do what they wish (general) as they are a few who believe in customers.
