Poor service

On the 30/01/2016 my car was scratched on the right side and my bumper damaged on the same side I put a claim and to my surprise Discovery told me that the assessor said the bumper damage was old therefore I'd have to put in another claim and when I personally asked a car specialist if he could assess and tell me his opinion he said there's no way he could tell if the bumper and the scratch occurred at different times.im very dissatisfied because I can't be blamed for an *********** assessor
