Poor service

You pay and pay and no one has the decency to get back to you , i phone in every day, and this woman Fazeela just NEVER gets back to you, and i am at this point that i am going to look for another insurance company, i Pay every month no problem but once it comes to A BUGLAR steeling your things you have to wait WHY???? I am sitting with no tools no Tent nothing, it seems that DISCOVERY thinks oh it's their fault the things are ****** so lets take our time.

I ses this as a breach of contract, i pay you why don't you assist me in the manner i manage to pay you on time every month.
