Poor service

I have a car insured with Discovery. It is in for repairs. I need to communicate between the insurer and the repair company and car rental company I have tried tirelessly to communicate via the toll free numver and e mail the claims advisor, Solly Mp…. To no avail. Last email sent last week- still no reply. No answer, just spent 8 minutes and again 3 minutes listening to music on their toll free line Im not sure
