POOR SERVICE

Recently had someone drive into the back of me. My insurance claim has been an absolute nightmare. Discovery claims @Gugu and Manager Kagiso. Thank you for nothing but frustration and your incompetency . Like dealing with a damaged vehicle is not painful enough. YOUR incompetence destroyed my entire week. Countless phone calls from my side with empty promises to call me back. Kagiso "is never available" always in meetings called every day this week. Seems the strategy is put you on hold until the call cuts. I have had to now let my wife take over and deal with discovery and she is just as shocked with the service.

Your Assessors NET ASSES are as *********** as yourselves. My vehicle is a dark metallic and you have not added in a blending paint to assist in color matching. I have spoken to numerous panel beaters "on your panel" and they all insist on a blending paint for metallic colors. Kagiso words at 8am was as follows "There is no reason for Netasses not to add the blending paint. I will get it added onto the assessment report and call you back by 9am its 3 days later countless calls, no joy PATHETIC!!!!!

Its seems discovery is happy to lose a client with a good track record over R1500 blending paint. I will be canceling my policy when this claim is resolved.

I will never recommend Discover insure to anyone.
