Poor service

I had a pipe burst twice at the same spot in my property and they made me to pay excess fee for a poor workmanship. I spoke to Sakie and Jaden about my issues and they were so impatient with me, I have been with Discovery and the service was great until now I have been calling to try get this sorted, I still have another claim that is still not closed. I feel not taken serious at this point
