poor service

spoke to a lady by the name of Noxolo from the broker servicing team this morning and she wasn't nice at all, i feel like she needs more training on how to deal with clients and i honestly feel like she can do better. she came off as someone whose a bit rude, a bit impatient and honestly felt like she was trying to intimidate me.
