POOR SERVICE

Worst service in 40 years of dealing with the South African short term insurance industry. The one hand does not know what the other is doing. Entry level values being paid because one party requires proof of ownership (consultant at Discovery Insure), broker says only obtain quotes for replacement items. Poor communication, treating the client like a ********, slow response times, etc. The future will tell.....
