POOR ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE SERVICE!!!

Hi,

I am very disappointed with the service I got today. It's been over 2 hours now and I am still sitting by the road, by myself, waiting for someone to come tow me. This is very much unacceptable as I do not make you wait or call me to pay for my insurance! Not a month has went by without paying my insurance and this is the service I get??? All I keep hearing is someone calling the other to check how far they are while I sit here and wait for someone to come and rob me or even do worse to me! I sold my old car and got another one and still kept my insurance with you thinking that you will come thru when the time comes but dololo! This is not the response I expect to get from a 911 service while I'm stuck on a road where a G4S was ******!

I expect to hear from you regarding this ASAP!!!
