Discovery Vitality Drive: Poor response regarding Vitality Drive ring that does not work on the Discovery App. I have followed up multiple times, with Discovery just not providing response on this issue.

I am deeply disappointed, as I really want to be associated with Discovery and its products. But the poor IT management is an alarming reputational risk.
