Poor quality of follow-up by Discovery Insurance after a repair job.

My first claim was very successfully completed in time. Unfortunately a second claim to repair a leaking pipe reported in October 2022 Job No FX 98722/10/22 has not been resolved. Evidence of continuing leaking is seen in the damp wall where new plaster was app**** over 2 weeks ago. If those responsible had returned to complete the job they would have noticed the incomplete repair.
