Poor pricing, poor service.

I decided to take away my medical aid and insurance from Discovery a while ago. Since then, they cannot stop calling me. Discovery you had your chance, and you decided my business was not needed for your big company. From telling me that you will not pay out a claim if something happened to my vehicle due to the fact that the tracker unit was not active. Best part is that it was your own system that was not functioning but still you insisted that no claims were to be paid out is something happened. Thats pathetic. My broker also got a few updated insurance pricings this January and you came back 30% more expensive than my current policy.

You can please remove me from your system as a contact. I no longer want you to bother me with calls as you are not in any position to try convincing me to return as a client. Just about had enough as Discovery as a company.
