Poor poor service
Been holding on for more rear a half an hour. No one is picking up there phone. The app also does not work as I can not submit a claim. They said when I joined them they will give me the best service. That was a empty promise

13 Feb 2025, 12:14I spoke to a manager about an hour ago.. I asked them to phone me back in 20 minutes... Guess what. Till now nothing. I am realy going back to my previous Insurance company.#@£%£@
