POOR, POOR DISCOVERY!!!

In 2014, I was approached by Clayton Lauwrence to move my short-term as well as life insurance to Discovery Insure. At a rate of just over R400 for both, I accepted.<br> <br> In June 2015, someone smashed the window of my vehicle, while standing in my driveway, at home, behind a pallisade fence and gate. Sevral items were ******. I reported the incident, police came out and I received a case number. I called Clayton to report and start with the claim. He was driving, but promised to call back. I called again and was told that he is at a rugby week and will call back within the next week. After 2 weeks I called again, only to hear that I was never registered at Discovery for short-term insurance! Apparently he can prove that it was discussed with me, I've accepted, he registered it and forwarded to head office, but they never registered me.<br> Clayton, apparently discussed the issue with area-mangaers and MD's, but seems to be unsuccesfull. I only had a call from \Rob"(Freestate region) to explain that I do not really have a case and that he will ask Clayton to furnish me with a new quote. I haven't heard from anyone since and is still without insurance"
