Poor! Pathetic!

My humble, sad experience with Discovery Insurance: - Withdraw any premium amount, extremely reluctant to refund (up to R3000 extra per month, received less than half of it back). - No apology, no explanation. They feel nothing for you, their customer! - Item on policy is duplicated between personal and business insurance - No notice of annual policy anniversary or the annual increase. - Random amount of almost R30 000 withdrawn from account, took them 3 weeks to pass a credit. Again no apology or explanation. Nor any interest refund.

This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable from a well-known company such as Discovery. You've been warned! Do not use Discovery Insurance! Protect your bank account from Discovery's systems!!!
