Poor on boarding experience

Please confirm ASAP that you now have all my details from TWT for the multi point check of both cars?

I went to 2 TWT, one in Fourways and one in Balfour Park and neither of them sent YOU Discovery my details

In both instances I Needed to go back and forage for the originals!

So in future make sure 1 of 2 things happen:

1) Your partners TWT are trained on how to do their job 2) Request originals as part of your policy as you are dropping the ball!

Please pass this message onto your Director Anton Ossip as this onboarding experience has cost me a lot of time, money and energy
