POOR HANDLING OF A BUILDINGS REPAIR CLAIM BY DISCOVERY INSURE

I am afraid I have reached the point of complete frustration with the way in which a recent claim for my leaking pool system is being handled. The claim was reported on the 15th of January and is still in a state of disrepair. A leak detection test was carried out on the 22nd of January by the Discovery allocated Service provider, following which a report was produced. Another Service provider was then sent on the 29th January to carry out the replacement of a short length of pipe near the weir based on the report. This section was dug up and then refilled and re-tiled following the repair. I was told to wait for 8 hours before switching the pump back on, which I did. This resulted in exactly the symptoms that were occurring prior to the repair, with a great deal of air bubbles exiting both of the inlet jets. The Service Provider responsible for the repair made no attempt to check that the leak had been fixed even after I had advised them of the situation! I then noticed that Discovery Claims had incorrectly annotated the claim as having been completed! The current status is that I am awaiting a second leak detection inspection this afternoon - I cannot understand why they failed to detect all of the leak locations during their first inspection! My pool has now lost around 2000 litres of water and the pool has turned green, as I have been unable to use the pump. I have now lost any faith in the capability of Discovery Insure to ensure the competent completion of my leaking pool system.
