Poor Feedback from Discovery Insure

Getting no joy from my claims handler at Discovery. House burgled a week ago, still waiting for my gate and sliding door to be repaired (my home is currently unsecured). Was told they approved for a security guard to guard my premises at night, but no details and when i ask when will the security guard arrive, i get no feedback for over 2 days and counting. The claims consultant never calls and does not respond to emails. Tried escalating, still the same...no feedback, no one cares at Discovery Insure
